. . . . The Eyes Of Your Heart May Be Enlightened (Tom B)

Bible Study Verses
Ephesians 1:18-19

I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the Hope to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints, and His incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of His mighty strength. (NIV 1984)

Thoughts
How many fishing and hunting publications do you receive?
How many fishing and hunting TV shows do you watch regularly?
Do you check the newspapers or favorite websites for the latest fishing and hunting reports?
Do you have an early morning talk radio station that you listen to for outdoor tips and reports?

Do you open your Bible every morning to God's latest tips for living life?
(Tom B)

Action Point
A positive yes to that last question is the most important question and answer to living a positive, victorious life.
Is Jesus Christ your savior?
Is Jesus Christ the guide of your life?
Is the Holy Spirit the source of wisdom you call upon?
Do you seek the Lord as you start each day?

Open His living word, the Holy Bible, for great tips on how to handle each day. Grasp the "hope which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints, and His incomparably great power for us who believe."

Sportsmen's Tip of the Day
Every Spring is a good time to do an inventory of your fishing lures. What needs to be replaced? What new lures should you add to your collection? What needs to be thrown out? Pay special attention to the hooks on your baits, especially if you fish in saltwater. Take time to clean and sharpen.
