Thoughts
Traditionally this is the only day of the year you will hear from the Sportsmen's Devotional Team. We want to thank you for including Sportsmen's Devotional.com (SD) in your daily life. 2011 was a challenging year for all. Here at SD it has been exciting with our increasing worldwide following and growth. We are committed through God's guidance to continue to share His truth each year. All of us at SD are absolutely amazed and humbled at how God has taken us to so many parts of the world, even to places we have never heard of. We have subscribers in all states too. We want to thank sportsmen and sportswomen everywhere, especially those of you serving in the military. We appreciate your comments as you digest the daily SDs and share our message with others.
Every year in this message, we ask that you give us grace ahead of time should you find editorial errors. Most of our writers are sportsmen, not English experts. We write from our hearts with the prayer that it will deepen and encourage your personal walk with Christ. We work diligently to provide you with the truths that He is teaching us through the Holy Spirit. We also ask that you act as all men and women should--as the Bereans of the past--study what we say to ensure that it is Biblically correct. We appreciate your input when we make mistakes. Our team is committed to creating unique outside the box ministries using the Internet to spread the good news.

Funding . . .
For the last seven years SD has continued to grow substantial every week. SD is an all volunteer ministry which means all time, monies, and donations support SD's monthly expenses. Every month SD is short several hundred dollars. Our writers and staff contribute their personal funds to keep us going. Our mechanism for generating funds is by selling our logoed products.
